  • SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST

    Click the link below to submit your return request. Your request will either be approved or denied within 24 hours.

  • PACKAGE + SHIP IT OUT

    Once you recieve your shipping label, pack up your return. Make sure the items are unworn with the original tags still attached.

  • REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

    Once your return arrives, your items will be looked over and you will then either be refunded the amount or given store credit.

RETURN POLICY

We get that sometimes things just don't work out & returns are needed. We're here to make your return process as easy as possible! After reading the below information, please click the link to begin your return process & retrieve your return shipping label.

PLEASE READ

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have recieved your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return. Sale items are final sale + not eligible for a return.

After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. No exceptions.

SHIPPING:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping amount will be deducted from your return amount when returning for a full refund. If you would like to return for store credit, the return shipping amount will not be deducted from your return amount! :) You must use your shipping label within 3 days of receiving your shipping label or your item will not be accepted.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ORDERS:

We check all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you! Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached. All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. Please contact us immediately at shopsimplylovelyboutique@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shopsimplylovelyboutique@gmail.com

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
